Our main office is located in beautiful Southern California, but we have several shipping warehouses across the USA to help expedite your order. Most carriers deliver your order in 2-5 business days.

Q: When will my order arrive?

Most orders are shipped in 12-48 hours with tracking sent to your account. The product details page will have an "availability" note, which can help you gauge the shipping time. Any delays are instantly emailed to you with an ETA of delivery. If this item is out of stock, we will probably refund your account in full, unless you choose to wait for the item to come back in stock.

Q: What is your return policy?

YURparts has a NO HASSLE return policy. You can return any un-opened item 30 days from the purchase date. It must be un-opened in original manufacturer box. No exceptions. There will be a minimum 20% re-stock fee if the item is used/damaged or not in the original box. Any questions about this policy, please contact us.
