Q: What shipping options are available?

All orders have Free Ground Shipping in the continental USA (AK & HI are extra charges). All online orders will be shipped through various carriers, based on the size and weight of the product. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We do offer expedited shipping upon checkout for extra cost, and free 2-3 day shipping on all items as a paid Turbo Member.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We do not ship outside of the USA at this time. This will be an option shortly.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes..of course, the cart will calculate your S/H or you can contact us for special attention to your order. Sometimes these orders do take special attention, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Weather most of the time, but sometimes an item is out of stock or on back order. When this happens we will contact you with an ETA or a full refund. Shipping delays can also occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address when you checkout. If any concerns arise, please contact us.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. There may be a 20% re-stock fee if the item is opened, and or not in the original box. This is important. If you are un-sure about a return, please contact us first.
