Our main office is located in beautiful Southern California, but we have several shipping warehouses across the USA to help expedite your order. Most carriers deliver your order in 2-5 business days.

Q: When will my order arrive?

Most orders are shipped in 12-48 hours with tracking sent to your account. The product details page will have an "availability" note, which can help you gauge the shipping time. Any delays are instantly emailed to you with an ETA of delivery. If this item is out of stock, we will probably refund your account in full, unless you choose to wait for the item to come back in stock.

Q: What is your return policy?

YURparts has a NO HASSLE return policy. You can return any un-opened item 30 days from the purchase date. It must be un-opened in original manufacturer box. No exceptions. Yes, almost all parts we carry, have a direct manufacturer warranty. Please read the manufacturers warranty directly on there website to see what is covered. Please sign-up for the manufacturer warranty after you purchase the product. This will be vital when trying to file a warranty claim if needed. Shipping & Returns

Q: What shipping options are available?

All orders have Free Ground Shipping in the continental USA (AK & HI are extra charges). All online orders will be shipped through various carriers, based on the size and weight of the product. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We do offer expedited shipping upon checkout for extra cost, and free 2-3 day shipping on all items as a paid Turbo Member.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We do not ship outside of the USA at this time. This will be an option shortly.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes..of course, the cart will calculate your S/H or you can contact us for special attention to your order. Sometimes these orders do take special attention, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Weather most of the time, but sometimes an item is out of stock or on back order. When this happens we will contact you with an ETA or a full refund. Shipping delays can also occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address when you checkout. If any concerns arise, please contact us.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. There may be a 20% re-stock fee if the item is opened, and or not in the original box. This is important. If you are un-sure about a return, please contact us first.
